Our story begins in Argentina, where family, food, and hospitality have always gone hand in hand. Growing up surrounded by home-cooked meals and traditional recipes, our passion for cooking started at an early age. Like many chefs, the journey didn’t begin at the stove—it started by washing dishes, preparing ingredients, and learning that every role in the kitchen matters.
Those early experiences taught us that great chefs aren’t born overnight. They are shaped by hard work, respect for the craft, and a commitment to learning every step of the process.
That passion eventually led us to work alongside talented chefs and visit some of Argentina’s renowned wineries, where we gained a deeper appreciation for the artistry behind world-class wines. Seeing firsthand how grapes are grown, harvested, and transformed into exceptional wines gave us an even greater respect for quality and tradition.
Today, we bring those same values to every dish we serve.
At Tarquin, we prepare our food the way it has been done for generations. Our chimichurri is made from scratch. Our chorizo is handcrafted in-house. Our sauces, seasonings, and recipes are inspired by authentic Argentine traditions and prepared with care every day.
